Nah, I have no favoritism on this one but generally speaking this comes down to which character has had more stories. Also having these people see their Unicron get slaughtered was extremely fun.

No, they did not lol. Unicron stopped being a Multiversal Singularity since 2015 but Death Battle still gave him that status just to make the fight somewhat even.
