To diagnose heart attack is quite difficult because most of the Doctors aren't having sufficient knowledge and experience in cardiology. Every Patient has different symptoms whenever they have heart attacks hence proper diagnosis by a qualified in cardiology field with sufficient experience in good hospitals is a must. During heart attack symptoms of heaviness and gas in the chest with or without pain, pain in the left arm, nausea or vomiting, stomach pain ,high Blood pressure, breathlessness, feeling uneasiness are common symptoms which should be considered seriously even if certain tests show every thing is O.K.with regards to heart problems. Patient should be kept under observation in the Hospital till the patient is not feeling O.K.
