please make sure to always save any important data as soon as possible/sync it. It may stop working sometime and youll have to factory reset it. After that, all your data will be gone.

Went through all of your steps except the freezer, still felt sad so started them all over again whilst having a cuppa tea, suddenly it vibrated and the SAMSUNG LOGO appeared and its back up and running. so pleased. Thank you so much. I must say I was up for trying anything as was told would have to send it back and it would take 3 weeks - they would clear everything. However, it has pink grey lines up middle and edges now and green and pink lines horizontally and vertically. Sometimes it's OK, mainly when I want to show someone that its not well and other times like now, it's full of lines. But at the end of the day .... ITS ON and fully functional! Oh and instead of going to a black screen now, it goes to a dark green screen and glows when it's asleep!

Okay I am blown away. I had my Samsung phone which had a black screen I tried around four of these suggestions and none of them worked. Begin to sync can't hurt to try everything this guy suggests or have to go buy a new phone which is costly. So I got to the step where he said put it in the freezer for 1 hour then take it out and turn it on and sure enough it worked!!! It's early evening now so hopefully in the morning it's still working.

Have the same phone and over the years i have had the same issue. the first time all i needed to do was get the charging connector swapped. Done shortly afterwards the screen blacked out as you mentioned. i used a cloth to massage screen and it worked like clockwork. kept me going for a while and today the screen went again but time i had to slap it a few times. Funny it worked, but i think it is coming to the stage it needs to be replaced. Thanks for the video and simple ideas.
