My son's A52 screen was totally black and usbale. Thanks to your video and a little luck, I was able to boot into the recovery screen and wipe all his data before I sent it back to the warranty. THANKS, BRO!

I had to rewrite the software on the phone so that you cannot bypass the password (Theft Prevention). - Apart from that, nice video and phone!

Guys if you’re having an issue with the button presses, try using the search menu in settings and there is a “factory reset setting” there and it fully wipes the device the same as in the video

we were trying to do the next step and got lock on a screen that says "data wipe complete" . . . "now send the package you want to apply to the device . . ." we chose something but now it's frozen

Possibly worthy of note: After doing this, the phone booted into the T-Mobile boot screen. It just sat there. Oh, shit, do I have a $500 brick less than a day old? Well, the good news is that after a minute or two, it moved on. And an advantage is that you can de-select a number of apps that originally were installed.

hello, i had the same problem as you in that case, you have to hold volume up and down and the power button until the phone reboots and vibrates, when you feel the vibration, then, you can follow the video from 0:33

my A52 is not going to the Boot menu . It comes back with the same screen.

for me it worked to connect the device to my laptop first, with the usb-c cable. after shutting down the device as shown in the video, i simply held power+volume up until the Samsung Logo showed up and released all buttons, It started the recovery menu in 5 seconds after that.
