Galaxy A53: Forgot Password/PIN/Pattern? Let's Factory Reset (Hard Reset)

If you forgot your password, PIN or pattern or its not working then I show you how to factory reset (hard reset) your Samsung Galaxy A53 5G smartphone. Remember if you synced a gmail account to the phone then after factory reset you go to setup the phone eventually its gonna ask for the google account (gmail) and password that is associated with the phone in order to complete setup. I did the exact steps to get to the recovery menu, I kept doing it repeatedly, but it just reboots to the menu like a restart. I do not know how it works for other people but good tutorial. I love the video and content bro!

Not working at all. You can only RESTART, can not off or enter recovery mode. Not a chance. A53. Maybe it work when you shut down the phone then try to enter recovery. But after restart it is not possible.

Please note this procedure changed with a recent Samsung update, you now need to have your phone plugged into a laptop or USB headphones via USB C cable.

Hi. If you've previously had your phone number sycned to your device and your google account to your phone number, #Samsung will automatically sync it (if YOU REMEMBER THE PASSWORDS) however, in case anyone reads this comment, he is correct 100% in this video that it also depends on which decives you have previsouly installed on because, perhapse, like ME you have a chrome book.

It didn't work for me. I tried 4 times. I will give a step by step of what worked vs what didn't. The hold power and the lower button worked for the first part of the screen. The power and up button didn't work at all. There was a black screen. And has the connecting it to a computer work actually worked because the same people who said it didn't work for them didn't return back and said " it worked" or it hasn't and how many people nowadays has a computer especially with phones costing just as much as a computer? I have a computer and I doubt that others so. I hadn't tried the computer because I swear it won't work.
