That noise cancelation is a game changer! Wow! Apple airpods pro 2 doesn't even have this good of a noise cancelation and also doesn't have the option to adjust the intensity level of the noise cancelation and transparency like the earbuds pro 3. Got these for only $80 with student discount, instant credit, and anh airpods trade in value! I can't wait to get these now!

Do you own Airpods Pros because they are good with Noise Cancelation. Did you mean Airpods the regular ones? The pros are silent. Not Sony or Bose but then again most Buds aren't as quiet as Sony or Bose.

​@@ronbrooks6547 Own both, they're very similar in terms of ANC ability. I think the Buds Pro 3 were better on a plane but I preferred the Airpods Pro for my bus commute. Either way the difference is negligible and could swing either way depending on what specific frequency you're cancelling.

OK I'll admit it, I'm a Samsung junkie. I updated my phone to the S23 Ultra, updating my watch Watch5 Pro to the Galaxy Watch Ultra (due in a couple of days) and finally pulled the trigger to update my buds from the Buds2 Pro to Buds3 Pro. I love the trade-ins that Samsung offers. Nice review. PS: Can't wait for the One UI 6.1.1 in August!

Could you please do a comparison between the galaxy buds 3 (not pro) and the airpods 3 (not pro) especially the call quality? I think the buds 3 pro still sound robotic but not as much as the previous ones, although it filters very well the noise around, but have you noticed it blocked your own voice at the noisy environment at thr first couple of seconds.

Can you comment on the connectivity with Windows? I have the Buds 2 and I've always had issues with being heard on zoom/skype calls where the mic sometimes doesn't pick up or is too quiet.

Could you add a drop test from 30 cm, e.g. onto an upholstered chair? All previous Galaxy Buds fell out of the case. Competitive ones, e.g. Xiaomi, do not fall out. Second topic. Searching for headphones. In Galaxy Buds 2 Pro it's 50%: good luck. Is it better now?

I'll wait for Samsung to iron out their QC issues. My uncle in South Korea recently bought these buds for me (I paid him off course), but after he tested the ear tips, it tore. Plus the LEDs in the pair were also dimmer than what it should have been. At this point, I asked him to just refund it for now and will probably pick one up later on in the year when sales are happening. Samsung has a good product, but their quality is just faltered atm until they can iron these issues out.

Thanks for the review. Still hesitant since your original Galaxy buds review said call quality was great. They are far from great for me, everyone hears the smallest bird noises etc more than I do on calls. It would be helpful to see better comparison tests for mic quality. I have a Plantronics small headset (voyager) and nothing beats that so far. Just wondering if these buds 3 are getting closer to that level since it's been out for 10+ years. I think a 2 way call from people outside is a good test using all different devices but seems like no one does it.

How good is the transparency mode vs the amazing Buds Pro original ?! With the Buds 2 Pro I can't use the ambient sound mode because itbis super ultra loud or I can't hear people talking even when I paused the music. It has a much better noise cancelation vs. The original Pro, but the ambient sound for too messed up. I wonder if the Buds 3 Pro can now be very good in both modes ...

Transparency mode is more natural. The volume can be adjusted.Ifind them to be well balanced and not DIGITAL.

I love mine. The only mistake samsung made was having a white colorway. White earbuds with stems are a classic Apple aesthetic at this point. They should've gone with something else. And if I wanna nitpick, the case material feels a little cheap.

I'm sure you know already that Apple wasn't the first, however I do understand that many associate that style and color with Apple. I actually think Samsung hit a homerun here. Of course JMHO

I'm mostly interested in multipoint, good ip rating, and most importantly, very good mic for calls and meeting in noisy environment. This doesn't support multipoint. But something close which works for only samsung devices.

Great Video once again, I got mine a week ago and agree with everything. Significant Upgrade. The only thing that Samsung ditched a couple of models before and that I really miss on these ones too is the option to mute your mic during calls on the headphones. As a Samsung User myslef, and not a fan boy of Apple, I can say that I and many others like me, do appreciate the fact that Samsung changed the shape of their earphones. "The buds" shape for many people felt heavy on a long term usage, and uncomfortable for people with smaller ears. Like teenagers or womens for example. Switching to the "AirPods" style made them more appealing for a wider range of people. But they have the same problem as the AirPods: they work fine with a Samsung Device only. They don't recognize 2 major codecs : LDAC (from Sony) and aptX (from Qualcom). So in other words : if you don't have a Samsung Device that supports their own Bluetooth codec SSC (Samsung Scalable Codec) by default the earphones will switch to the default codec which is either SBC (Standard Bluetooth Codec) on an Android phone, or to AAC (Apple Audio Codec) if you have an iPhone. But that it something that any 50-100€ wireless earphones can do

I just returned my Buds 3 for the Pro version. Buds 3 kept coming loose but the Pro is perfect. Plus you can have it announce the caller and just say answer call and it picks up. Everything sounds better with the Pro because of the tight fit.

Pro for sure! I returned my Buds 3 and Huawei today for the Pro and everyone I called could tell a difference between the Pro vs Huawei. The non Pro version of Samsungs was still great for calls but fall out of my ears too often. I too really only use buds for calls because I'm on the phone with clients all day
