I would follow the instructions of the products you're using ! 🥰 some will also require additional prep like primers and buffing the natural nail.

I love your vids!! Can't wait for more future content! Also, have you considered using Peel Off Base Gels like Jello Jello? They minimize damage on the nail plate, I worry because your nail beds look very red.

I am hoping to try it sometime in the future yes!!! I just have been prioritizing other wants and haven't gotten around to it 😅 tysm for your concern! ❤️ The redness is part lighting/colour grading since I try to get the polish colours to show accurately. But also part me since I unfortunately didn't win the genetic lottery so i have very (crappy) thin and bendy nails. 🥲 i do get called out often on the area at the base of my thumbs since its always looks so bad there but it literally grows looking like that lol 😂

I still don’t understood the concept of how to maneuver the cat eye gel polish to get the effect you want so I will just copy your every move instead 😂 also what clean up brush did you use for around your cuticle? The tiny rectangular shaped one?

the magnet def has a learning curve involved! it def took me a while to get the hang of it! I have another video all about using cat eyes if you havent seen it already that may help explain a bit further 🙂 its a 8/0 shader painting brush for traditional art lol! any flat slightly thin brush will do the job , sometimes I use a orangewood stick too!
