It will always be funny to me that this deck is divided in 4 archetypes, Galaxy-Eyes, Tachyon, Photon and Cipher. Of all these Konami focused on Cipher for one the first structure decks in master duel, the least playable of them all.

Galaxy-Eyes is actually a sub-archetype of Galaxy since there are cards that exclusively interact with the former, but not the latter. Starliege is another archetype tied directly to this theme. Now Cloudragon is a thing too @_@

@5:50 I believe you still have 1 GEPH in your deck + OSS is known in hand. So instead of battling SP, you immediately go for Dragluxion and if they banish it you get Numbers Last Hope (treated as a Galaxy-Eyes card). You use the 2nd effect of Dragluxion and this time it has to bait SP. If it doesn't you just make Draglubion that can't be targeted. With Last Hope you revive Afterglow + GEPH, then make Prime, then Rankup into Neo Prime. SP has no chance to activate unless it banishes itself + Access. Neo Prime is unaffected by SP so you just go BP activate its effect detaching afterglow to double the ATK of both Neo Prime (9600) and Draglubion (6000) for an easy OTK (you even summon a 3000 GEPD that can cheese access or SP if still not baited)

I have tried the new support: With seyfert and photon orbital you can have hope harbinger, photon lord, tachyon transmigration and solflare on field with a galaxy eyes photon dragon on hand. PD: sorry, solflare and gepd isn't available in the combo, but still you can do hope harbinger, tachyon transmigration and photon lord on field.

I think the fact the rank 8 is generic means any deck that turbos out Level 8 as part of their lines can splash this engine in with Transmigration (Horus, Ogdoadic, Rank 8 Axis, Therion as examples)

Why not play Starliege Photon Blast Dragon? Its a free ss of any photon monster including making all monsters with 2k or more ATK you control a Towers, including ss a GEPD from your banished or GY making galaxy hundred go off on your opponent's turn

@Lithium2300 thought process behind only 1 of each new Tachyon monster? I think they're 2-3 of each. The big one I feel like you're especially under-exploring: it makes the Triple Tact cards live like Gen/Ken and you can double search in the same turn with it due to the wording ("YOU can only use each of the following...") meaning if you summon it to your field with the baby and summon it to your opponent's field with its own effect, two different "You"s yet you, as the owner of the card, would get both searches. Being named Galaxy-EYES is also relevant as it's the only other maindeck name outside of the OG GEPD that allows you to summon a hard-drawn Afterglow without Xyz summoning first

True, didnt like it’s restriction of having an xyz dragon on field. The poplar one is ok, but eats up normal summon 1, unless you search it ofc. But there’s potential indeed, more space is needed tho 😀

As I mainly play in master duel and these cards haven’t been released yet I can’t say if it will work or even if it’s possible but I think trying to do a tachyon barian deck could work. Focus on dragon monsters to get cards like galaxy stealth dragon and tachyon dragon out but then use barian spells to boost 107 while also using its specific traps as defence

Personally I prefer decks like vanquish soul that don't summon a million times, lives on 1.5 card combos and doesn't end on more than 4 negates.

Combining the Tachyons with the Photon/Galaxy deck is literally a worst version of the deck. You are better of playing the 2 archetypes as close to pure as possible with a few generic galaxy cards shared between the decks. As was in the anime and the intended design.
