10:55 - When cutting the homemade Chocolate Bark use a Bread Knife, a fine tooth Hacksaw or a Gyproc Saw (depending upon the thickness) instead of a regular Knife to avoid breakage. I can't help but thinking that quality homemade *real* Ice Cream would taste _way_ better but it seems easy to make the substitution without a lot of guesswork. For increased decadence miniature Cup Cakes could have been put on top - like Planets. Then one Cupcake and a few spoons of the Ice Cream into a Bowl, serve chilled.

This is basically the coolest thing ever. I had a thought about flavoring the ice cream- seems like you could do a mixed berry thing and have strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, etc so that you would have another option aside from vanilla but still get the same result with the coloring. Thanks so much for posting this! I'm going to try it at home asap!

Other clear or light flavor extracts you could use for the flavoring: Almond, Coconut, Cinnamon, Lemon, Lime, Apple, Green Apple, Banana, Lavender, White Chocolate and others.
