Can anyone help me how do I get the red select to speak floating icon to be smaller I've done that in the past with this phone but I can't seem to figure it out can anyone help please to clarify I'm not talking about TalkBack

is there an option to get a select to speak shortcut on samsung s10+? and not have it at the bottom right corner? I want a floating button like it had in android 8.0. every phone i' ve had other than the samsung s10 could do that
