@@robhughes8516 I don't feel like it is tbh..to me an iPhone is just a phone for normal people who don't gaf but Samsung is a SMARTphone. Especially if your a business man the Samsung phone would be the phone to use in my opinion because you have the s-pen to take notes on the go without turning on the screen, sign signature, if your into photography just set the phone right then pose then use the s pen to take the picture from a far, and many many other features. It's more customizable and fun to use, and has 200× more features than iPhone which makes the user experience i would say less boring...so yh Samsung all the way iPhone only has an advantage because of social media companies favoring iPhone over Android by optimizing the iPhone user experience so the masses will normally choose iPhone but Samsung is getting better and better in terms of this aswell and the results are basically the same now.

After a whole life with androids, I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max in October 2023, this year in May I got a brand new S24 Ultra to try "the king of android", and now guess what? I returned the Samsung and got back to 13 PM, waiting for 16 PM to get out (or wait for 17 PM) :D It depends on how you use the phone and what you need to do with it. Peace :)

You're new to Samsung right?... When any app is in the pop up, you can simply tap the blue bar at the top and that will give you a number of options like minimize to a floating icon, maximise to full size app and close option so you can easily close the app instead of dragging it to be bottom

I am just an average phone user and recently purchased S24 Ultra. I would not usually purchase this phone because of its price, but my phone company had a deal where it was about 40% discount and they offered interest free finance. The only real difference for me is Spen, I use to to mark up photos with dimensions, placement of components etc. and send of for quoting. The rest I am pretty underwhelmed with, there seems to be a lot of marketing hype around these phones. In reality for the average user there is little difference in user experience between a decent mid tier phone and flagship. A bit like someone who purchases a high speed sports car and only drives it on congested city roads. Not much different to a regular car in that environment. As for the "Titanium" band, there are many grades, a paper thin boarder around the phone makes little difference, particularly to the majority who will have it in a case anyway, what a lot of marketing BS !!!

I recently moved from s21u to s24u... OMG if you have the option i say go for it. S21u is solid and gorgeous but somehow the s24u tops it in both looks and fluidity. Never heats up, insane display and battery plus better cameras.

The overheating might be an issue with your unit cuz i have s24 ultra and iphone 15 pro whenever i try genshin for like an hour the iohone cooks up without the case its insanely hot whereas my samsung has bever overheated always stays normal or slight heating

Switched from S22 Ultra to the S24. The smaller sized phone is much more comfortable to use, but I do miss the 10x zOOM telephoto camera.

For heat do a cache wipe and dumbstate log clean. Try to restart. Use the device for at least 2 weeks the battery will get better once it learns your usage

Yah i think its your unit I also play high demanding games for hours on my s24u it never heats up. Im also surprised how it stays cool and i stay in Southern Africa btw.. its pretty warm here.

I had to stick with iPhone. Apple has focused on the core apps of most users. The wallet, iMessage, airdrop, FaceTime, calendar and reminders, not to mention shortcuts. My life runs smoothly with iPhone.

I don't agree with the battery information. We have seen chinese brands coming with 5600 and one plus is talking about 6000, samsung is super outdated at these field, also 45w is old technology, chinese are easily on 100w witout issue. It's time for a new battery technology with at least 1500 cycles without lose any capacity. I wish chinese brands were selling at US. These companies charge a lot of money for minor upgrades. They are really good in marketing. I am tired of this bullshit. If s25 tra does not come with better hardware, I will check one plus 13

Moved from iPhone 14 Pro Max and honestly speaking most of this phone features we don’t use it. Secondly still iPhone quality and eco system is way better. No doubt Samsung screen is so good for videos and multimedia. For gaming I will prefer my 14 pro max over Samsung s24 ultra. Not an apple fan but after using iPhone I switched back to my 14 pro max.

I think people get excited about tons of features. Features that they will never use or aren’t that good. Apple has done amazing things with wallet, calendar, iMessage, reminders, FaceTime and airdrop that it’s hard to switch for features that don’t come close to those six no matter how many the device may have.
