I need to do the factory hard set. I was able to move to the Factory hard set logo and then pushed the up volume button, but nothing happened. I am now stuck on the Factory hard set mode and can not turn the tablet off, so I will have to run the battery until it runs out and charge it up and try again. The video is excellent.

If your locked out. Get on another device and login to your Samsung account and you can unlock it from there. Might depend on if your device is connected to internet though.
