I can't even get to that first step because my table keeps turning on and off. I plug in the charger and it lights up showing the battery logo and then shuts off and then just keep turning on and off.

I have the issue where it sticks on the Samsung logo screen when booting device. I followed your video, and it was on the "Downloading, Do Not Turn off Target!!" screen overnight. Same screen this morning. I pressed the power button and it's back to being stuck on the Samsung logo screen. Any suggestions?

the only thing I can suggest is allowing the tablet to fully discharge to ensure it is turned off. recharge it and repeat the steps in the video ensuring you have the correct firmware for your model

Thanks for the reply. I have done this as well. In your clip, it flicks from the "downloading, do not turn off target" screen and is instantly at your desktop. Is there a missing step in the video or am I missing something? No matter what I try, it remains stuck on that initial "do not turn off target" screen and doesn't move onto anything else. Cheers.

Hi my name is David I don't know what happened to my Samsung 10.1 Galaxy it just says the tablet on the rights left side and then it has like a screen on or TV like on the right side and in the middle has a triangle with the ! It will get stuck on Samsung logo if your motherboard chip is fryd too. It has same symptom as firmware error. This video only fix firmware error. For hardware error replace the chip.
