Moved over to the flip 4 from the Moto razor 5G. Love the form factor and will be a foldable advocate for life. Build quality compared to the razor is very noticeable. After using the flip 4 for about a week while packing the razor to trade in, it felt like a toy. Cameras are much better. Getting used to the Samsung ecosystem which I recall from my previous ownership of a G7. All in all and upgrade for me. Having some issues connecting the flip for to the Moto ma1 for wireless Android auto, but the wired connection works fine.

I've had the razr 5g for about a year now, I like it but the user interface is meh and the battery isn't good unless it's on battery saver.. so I take it you like it better from what I'm reading. I love these small flips for runs and work they aren't bulky

Why no dust resistance? That should be mandatory in a pocket phone. Have you checked cases to see if they have dust protection?

I kind of wish the cover screen was on the opposite side, so that you could use it as a camera viewfinder, while folded. Maybe more people these days are into taking selfies though. :)

Flip4 seems to have some improvements. but i am still a bit skeptical of the screen durability. my flip3's screen scracked in the middle all the sudden. I was always careful, never dropped it. Luckily I had 6 days left for the manufacturer warranty, so I got the screen replaced for free. And yes, battery life of Flip3 isnt great 😅 it would be a great upgrade for people who have the older versions before flip3.

I traded in my LG V60 for a Samsung Flip 4. You ask why? Mainly the fingerprint scanner was becoming more twitchy as of late. I had an upgrade available since April of this year and I like different looking things, hence my Porsche 928 and Hamilton Ventura automatic. Seveal people have noticed the Flip and have been curious about. Bixby sounds handicapped in a speech impediment Kinda way.I think it feels premium in my hand. I ordered the pink gold but was sent the graphite...doesent matter as I have a leather case on it. Thank you for your review. There are some features that I wished it would have that LG had but I will deal.

I've been an Android user since forever and was thinking of switching to Apple because LG stopped making phones & I need a new phone. But the more I watch reviews of the iPhone the more I want to stick to Android. The new dynamic island, always on display, & customization of the clock on the new iPhone 14 had been an Android thing since about 7 years ago yet iPhone wants to make it seem as if it's a new thing. Another thing that all apple users phones slow down to be forced to buy a newer model is just a no for me. The thing you may miss from Apple if you switch is the airdrop especially if you have other apple devices. You can share files easily from Android to Windows but it's a bit more time consuming from Droid to Apple. Also reacting to messages on your phone. You can react if the other user has an Android too but I'm not sure if that's already universal with newer models. I have an old OnePlus. Another thing many ppl in the U.S have apple you can't facetime yet but last I heard Android was adding FaceTime to their phones may be next Samsung model. Lastly Androids can be customized like nothing you're used to so get ready for some adjusting.

I switched from the Galaxy S20+. The only thing that falls short is the camera. Camera is OK but doesn't get the zoom of the S20. Also no expanded memory. Other that that, it's pretty cool and I like the way it folds and is compact. Makes it so easy to carry and protects the screen by design when folded. I also like the metal exterior over the glass of the S series Galaxy phones.

These cameras have gotten so good that people really need to nitpick to tell the difference. Most of the differences are in the software and can be adjusted/edited after you take the photo. I will grant that not having an optical telephoto lens is a big deal if you fall into the minority that would shoot significantly zoomed-in pictures on a regular basis. I'm not in that group so its exclusion is irrelevant to me.

Most of these devices are hacker enabled and allow bugs into your. phone with ease, look up lets help you take out those bugs, clone anything as well hack anything for you. even if your credit is poor we will fix it

The more you use the Flip 4, the more useful it becomes. The battery life is significantly longer than the Flip 3, battery charging, improved cameras and faster processor than the Flip 3 makes it worth it. Having had it for a month it is unlikely I’ll go back to a brick phone. Samsung is truly innovative with their product line.

Great Review. If you're going to keep doing videos, you may want to consider some sessions with a speech language pathologist. They can teach you how to position your tongue so that you lose your lisp and tweety bird moments, such as on the word "check". Seems someone in front of you might get wet. Just a suggestion.

If the Z Flip 4 had support for the Spen , I would have bought it instead the Z Fold 4. No matter how cool is the Fold to do lots of multitasking and media consumption, I would rather have a very powerful Z Flip that can accept the SPen just because it is cool and easier to carry it around in any pocket . Maybe some day Samsung will make a very powerful ( losing nothing to the Ultra) small phone that have it all ... including the Spen ... I always wanted a Small Galaxy Note phone ...

This is really about the flip 3 but i think new buyers need a warning. I got my flip less than a year ago and loved it. Showed everyone. Then about a week ago the screen would not come on after closing the phone. Samsung had me take it to a local shop for repair. The shop said it was under warranty and they would fix it for free. turns out they couldn't said they thought it was the board and samsung should replace it. Samsung tells me i now have to send it to them so their techs can look at it. They say it is something with the hinge and the warranty won't cover it and I have to pay $377 to fix it. I did nothing to this phone only thing wrong was some scratches on the outside because case kept slipping. If you look it up everything that goes wrong with this phone is the hinge and samsung won't fix. FYI the person at the shop said she would avoid these phones. This was my fourth samsung phone and my last!

I had the flip 3 and got rid of it after about 3 months. Had to get a new back glass on it because it cracked from a 1ft fall. The battery was awful too. I have a Google pixel 6 now. Great phone but so many bugs. I may get the flip 4 if they fixed the awful battery life.

I just traded in my S20 for the Flip and so far I'm enjoying it. For me it's a step back into time for when I use to have flip phones so I feel a lot of nostalgia vibes when using it. So since I'm new to the Flip I'm still learning about all it could do...yes in daily use it definitely would be nice to type from the cover screen..for I had wanted to do that yesterday... I also worry about the crease too but so far it's not bothering me..I just tend to baby the phone as you say because I feel like it's delicate so I'm just being careful on how hard I pull it open/close it. As for battery..so far I get a good day out of it. But If I'm using it a lot (it's hard not to) I do charge it up before I step out and make sure I'm fully loaded. All and all I'm very happy with it and my friend who left Samsung for Apple was definitely loving my phone lol so it's eye catching and very cute. I'm loving it!

I've been using the Z Flip 3 since day one, and I'm super happy with it. No dramas with the hinge or crease in the middle of the screen, you really do learn to live with it. I can't speak for everyone's experience, but in my opinion it's surprisingly tough (I've dropped it with a case a few times and despite a few scuffs it's still working with no damage). I can never go back to having a giant slab in my pocket, and will likely upgrade next gen to another flip =)

Had it for nearly a month. Looks nice but a few major issues which made me to return it. Battery and charging is an issue, front display is rubish, doesnt display notifications! Genrally notifications are not well designed. Generallly the phone is too narrow. Cannot add extra memory. Mine broke after two weeks and Samsug Customer Service is something impossible to imagine in XXI century. 3 stars from me I am afraid. At strech.

I'm gonna get the Samsung galaxy z flip4 reason why is I love the way you can bend the phone I won't have to worry about cracking the screen when I work plus when you receive a text or call you will get it directly to the small screen on the back of the phone when folded daily use to it for me is for when family calls or text or I need to look up things I wanna buy on the web plus I jus wanna have that feeling of knowing if my phone is in my pocket when I sit down I don't have to worry about hearing that one sound we all don't wanna hear when we forget about our phones being in our pocket it's expensive for the little thing but it should do me well and should last me along time
