It's very easy think of many characters in the BB universe as being "good". Guys like Pryce, Max or Gale, they seem like such great likeable people. But they were all people who willingly chose to work for the cartel, directly or indirectly, to make money regardless of the unethical and inhumane methods used to make that business work. There were very few actual good guys in BB and BCS.
