Galil Ace Gen 2 in 7.62x51 (.308) Update: Stuck Case with Steel Case

Was the Galil hard to find? I personally want it with the 11.8 inch barrel.

They tend to come in batches. I had to watch the gun sales sites for a while before I was able to snag one. Also, I would not personally recommend an 11.8" Galil in 7.62x51--that is a major loss of power, and you'd probably be better off with a 7.62x39 gun at that point. Unfortunately, 7.62x51 is more barrel-length-dependent than 7.62x39, and 16" is the shortest I would go in 7.62x51.
