I worked with state california gov't. Our state Calif. employees and employers are working in thier home while virus. Using online and phone to keep service for publics. Except deaf employee is stuck at home. Cut alot of tasks for deaf workers at home. I don't have printer, can't pull documents out of file cabinet. Everything are at office. I don't have any tasks to do at home from work. Only telwork and training online for hearing employees at home, with closed captions. I did file apply the retired, state disability and SSDI. It too impossible for me work at home from work. Employer and i dont have chance to improved for lack of communication. I heard they may layoff off state employees. I believe deaf people is not disability skills for working but deaf is disability with lack of communication, live interpreter services, and VRS. I believe we need to enable communication is need equipments for both hearing and deaf in home from work. Like you said, Zoom. I don't believe Gov't don't accept using the Zoom between deaf and employers meetings at home. Gov't and businesses have to have 24 hours services, cost services, strict policy, and low speed internet are not enough. Gov't's IT Support is strict with security reason and low speed to freeze VRS. Zoom, live interpreters or VRS always be ready in 24 with high speed. 24 hours service in news, meetings, private vendors and sponsors. Because deaf people have so many resources and events to go. Deaf have to request, request request, request the interpreters avaiable for that meeting, group, outside group hearing. Deaf who wants to involve to support or the vendors, events, city or congress meetings, that people dont provide interpreters full 24 hours services. Deaf is stuck with hearing that they dont have knowledge deaf culture need. 24 hours! We need 24 hours the services. Ramp for wheelchairs in public in 24 hours. Deaf dont have full service in 24 hours in any hearing public, community, congress meeting, support and any resources services is not acceptable. This is small town around 500 deaf people in about least 10 counties. Few deaf go hearing college for years. Very little improvement. Something missing here. How come we dont have deaf university in California ? That why, californa Democrate is not doing nothing for deaf in California. Living on SSI without interpreters are lack of services. All hearing hiring disabilty have jobs than deaf with contracts in city or county. They dont have contractor for deaf for hiring, meeting with congress, improving deaf and hearing community in full 24 hours. Come on. Deaf are isolated and lack of hearing community. Interpreters are waiting for deaf for request. Are you kidding me! Why can hearing do something about it? They dont think 24 hour service for deaf. Keep fighting and hope. Some Deaf can find a way to solve the lack of hearing world to able to communication with deaf. Good job. is there we can help us. I dont know where to start for few deaf in small city. I dont find anything to improve for both hearing and deaf in our community. How the deaf open for hearing community?

Our church had difficulty getting touch with deaf members. Via zoom, conference voice, doesn’t seem to success.

Zoom actually has a feature to pin an individual so that the individual's screen will be always visible.

Aaron Delgado the issue is that the speaker might be pinned so there isn’t an ability to “double pin”

I let you know my sister in law do not read understand on closed caption What President Trump said . Now it better there interpret use sign language only ASL that real good job 👍🏻 but other programs news different Sate no there interpret yet about news What happen Corona 19 . . Hope charge better for deaf and hard hearing . Also all stores and gas station cashier doctors an nurse everywhere let hearing people learn sign language hands for help deaf and hard hearing too need communication better for future okay 👌 thank you 🙏
