Natasha Lee and Nail care education Suzie are the best nail channels hands down
@beena35937 жыл бұрын
Okay I've never seen this nail art channel, and I love Cristine, but these comments are ridiculous. Cristine isn't the only nail art channel. Stop comparing them and go back to a simply nailogical video. The only thing they have in common is the products they use.

Aww even though it may not have worked, your nails looked amazing and the gallium looked super pretty. I love nail art too and I love the fact you experimented !!
@IteMaledicti7 жыл бұрын
Seeing you scuff your perfect foil application made me shed a tear, you had them looking so pretty! But we learned from it! Gallium won't concede to the vanity of fashion :p As a suggestion, a few years back I saw what was essentially a snow globe nail! Mineral oil and glitter 'snow' sandwiched between a natural nail and transparent false one over top. While it's certainly not winter I think it'd be a fun endeavor to see your take on :) Either way thank you so much for the great content as always and I do so look forward to your next video!

Loved watching the experiments, you could do Acrylic and then drill 6 to 8 crevices or half holes into the nail and the pour it in each crevice, apply another clear thin coat of acrylic and it would move like mercury underneath, just and idea.

this video was hilarious - I love the idea of nailed it or failed it (and the little pun). and omg seeing the gallium and the way it reacted to stuff like temp and texture was so fascinating!! like I love how creative your videos are and the amazing way you explain things. it was slightly disappointing to see hoe it didn't work but it was also really interesting to see you experimenting with the concept!!also I really loved the humour in the video - it was so so funny!! thank you for such an amazing video~~

Hi Natasha! Lovely video as always dear 😊 I was thinking about that residue left on your hand from the gallium. What if it was picked up with a stamper tool and then rolled on to the nail and a thick top coat placed on top to seal it in? Or possibly foil adhesive. I wish I could try it out myself! Have a good day my dear 🌻

Natasha! Just use the UNT Peel Off Base over the top of the foil!! It's water based and it works perfectly with Chrome powder - should work with foils too. It's true the effect is reduced but... no gel!
@mandas6777 жыл бұрын
You need to use a water based topcoat over foil. Do 2 coats then you can use a regular topcoat.
@alexlinder92947 жыл бұрын
mandas677 She knows that. But she used gel polish so that was unnecessary for this video
@hospitalcakewalk7 жыл бұрын
Metalic alloys don't adhere to surfaces unless they have an adhesive component applied to them prior (like magnents) I knew this going into the video so i was hoping flr a faux gallium look :) While it does look a lot like aluminium, it's a bit more reflective in nature so I was really hoping to see that in the nails. The nails were gorgeous, they just needed to be more reflective :D

Amazing video! Love your tutorials :) Do you know where I can find plastic-backed pads? I spent a long time on Amazon trying to find them but no luck. I get so irritated using regular pads because of the little fuzzies that come off on my nails, so I would love to have the plastic ones!

That really does look like an insane amount of fun! Isn't the dull layer just oxidised gallium? The surface tension is what makes it run off the nails as it doesn't want to adhere to anything ;-) Meanwhile, I now feel like looking up if gallium (like aluminium) forms a protected coating if it corrodes (passivation), and having a good play with it myself :-D That being said, I suspect the corrosion layer would stick better to the (rough) nails (see the orange wood stick after skimming the corrosion layer off the gallium), did you try that too?
@beyoudee6877 жыл бұрын
put it in a snow ball on the nails, or under acrylic
@desireearmstrong22917 жыл бұрын
Could you use acrylic to put it in the middle. Like when people make fish tank nails? And then depending on the temperature it changes inside your nails.
