Not really. He seems like a very un-involved captain. KKR is a good example of how a team of 11 good players can win matches without any out of the box captaincy. Shreyas Iyer has been okay. Nothing exceptional

And how can you oversee the Russell bowling in crucial moments.... I guess whenever Shreyas gave the ball to Russell in crucial moments Russell gave him wickets.... He was their captain when they reached the finals. One year he couldn't play because of injury. Rishabh was made captain. Iyer came back, but they snatched his captaincy and gave it to Rishabh. Iyer couldn't and shouldn't have taken it. He released himself from Delhi after that year.

Im a big KKR fan, but believe me, this IPL, Ill be happy if anyone wins. If KKR wins, it will be just what GG, Rinku, Harshit and Shreyas need for a national level involvement. If RR wins, ICT will benefit from the momentum. If RCB wins, this might be just the "conquering the mental block" for King VK and teach him how to keep cool and controlled under pressure like MS. And if SRH wins, Ill be happy for Abhishek Sharma, as he's proved himself over Head.
