I've worked with this amazing guy since MandT got incepted in The Gambia. And to tell the truth,( No Capping/Bragging).... There's nobody, I MEAN NOBODY, that build and finishes like this guy!!! I've seen him turn dilapidated structures to 5 star mansions. Whether it's remodeling or finishing, in the Gambia? They ain't on his level. I can honestly say, he's the main reason why I'm passionate about construction till this day... Salute Mr. Njie!!! 🙏💯

Mohamed is awesome. He's helped me so many times with my home in the US, from a new front door, to kitchen faucet. He's very homes4, and would give such honest advice! When I had a water leak in my house, I called him stressing out. He came assessed the damage, and asked whether I had contacted my home owners insurance, something that I hadn't thought about! That really saved me, because it ended up being $9000 in damages. Thanks Mohamed! Gambia is lucky to have you. Stand firm, refuse to be corrupted! Put your faith in Allah, as you've always done! What I can propose for Mr. Njie to have, in the long run, is to create his own Training School, and a Building Inspection Department, as well as an Engineering side to be able to remedy all these problems. Of course it comes with a cost, that he can recover by providing other contractors with trained and qualified personal, as well as providing a building Inspection service. Don't wait on the government to do things. Africa, we need to think differently. Forward Thinking. Since there are no regulations, we create them within the company and the training, and those regulations will propagate as the people spread across the land.

Hello there, I am a Gambia resident in Germany and have taken my precious time listening to Mr. Njie.. if Gambians really want to achieve Professionals, qualified Personell and Law abiding Communities, they should listen to this very talented and creative Man, Mr. Njie.. Gambia doesn't deserved to end Lawlessly in the hands of Betrayers, Bad minded People, Thieves and cruel individuals. The Government should instead join forces with such kind of Constructors, strengthen the Law to develop the country Positively. Gambia folks must stop leaving the entire development Processes of the country only in the hands of their Political Leaders.. Every citizen must contribute to Nation Building, work hand in hand to achieve the most best results for the Country.. I love educated People who want to share their knowledge, Know-how with others and help us all to come together for the sake of future Generations and the Gambia our homeland.
