Don't know if you still wanna know seeing as this comment is 3 months old but: Filthy was trying to do a tourism victory via Autocracy's Futurism tenant, which grants tourism each time you expend a cultural great person (Muscian, Writer or Artist). To get more great people he was opening piety to get the reformation belief that allows you to purchase any great person with faith. Hence the wonder spam to get all the culture for policies he needed and the religion generation so that he could easily bank points to buy cultural great people

At 35:12 your complaining about GPT... You could have easiley bought out to 3 lumber forest tiles if you had deleted that scout an hour earlier. The wonder spam didn't help much either, more of a lategame strategy. Add in the tradition versus liberty argument, the barb issues, the 18 turn stonehenge... Feels to me your early game could use some polishing up. And the shouting, the absence of the blacksmith is noticable.
