Filthy moved away from his 2 food 1 production tile to settle to lands closer to jungle (which are known to not hold iron or horses etc), this is extremely bad decision as you can see later. Also why does filthy not just take the worker of Prague ASAP? The value of a worker is insane and he knows that tribute is not gonna work for a long time already. Also there must be some rule that you can't steal 2 workers from a city state because he always makes immediate peace after stealing 1 worker, which is a massive waste from getting extra free workers too? Lastly, the lands are actually pretty decent, lots of rivers and hills, just capital is shit. Shit capital lands=liberty as filthy always says. I think he's just salty that he made so many mistakes.
