Filthy logic: "i have 3 contested spots, so instead of building a settler first, I will built a worker" Another filthy logic: *gets salty about enemy capital growing 5 tiles away so he cant steal that tile thats 14 tiles away from his capital* another filthy logic: *gets surprised shoshone declare war after that forward settle* grab the popcorn 😂

The salt in the 5th ring was definitely not supposed to happen. I guess there's not really any other tiles that looked like the city wanted to grow to anything else but definitely absurd that it prioritized that tile.

First thought looking at that starting location? Fucking unkillable lol. Away from the coast but protected by sea, mountains, hills and rivers. Absolutely impossible to attack ^^

Filthy how do you decide whether to go tradition or liberty? 99 games out of 100 I go tradition because liberty just kills me in happiness even though the "free" great person is nice.

Depends how masochistic I feel. If I want a game of constant unhappiness and negative gold, I go Liberty, otherwise I go Tradition.

The salt settle was greedy. If you had settled for the citrus instead… you would have been fine

that settle had 2 lux (also salt is the best lux) and he dint knew how close Lek was so dint considered that citrus was contested.

then you just end up with a Shoshone city even closer in your face than either of the Danish ones. And with Shoshone border expansion it would've been far worse to leave that spot open
