Have the same question. I'm certain that's way too much polygons for a single props model for a game. It's not that much only if you use Nanite in UE5

Try to work with addons for UV: UV toolkit (free), Texel Density checker (free), UV Packmaster.

Some of the videos are premium only available for patrons, and other videos are free and you can find them here on youtube and also on patreon (with the difference that you have access to the original files on patreon)
