Jungjungbu's levels look and feel so good because they ate heavily customized. The artwork and animation are 100% custom-made; The UI is part of the player screen and not text written on boxes on the scenario; The physics are not the ones by default - this one's actually easy to change, but most people won't bother changing numbers. But boy, does it makes a game more unique and satisfying!

I played "Invasion," along with all of the creator's other games. Invasion is actually a good game, but I don’t think Dave read the instructions on how to play that were on the title screen. Spoiler: you have to save a guy from these aliens for the final boss fight. You can’t destroy any of the aliens in this game; you can only attack those glowing orbs.

In particular, SmileBasic, which can do some really insane things like actual 3D modeling and even emulate old computers! There's a bunch of talented people in Japan making games with it, but what if the talent making stuff for DGR were to get focused onto it? 👀

21:03 this reminds me of playing mario sunshine (3D all-stars) yesterday & i was after doing some isle delphino & bianco hills shines, & i save after every shine, but i forgot to turn off my console for 3 pretty often, so it was on for 3 days & the whole system crashed, atleast it only needed to restart & since save after every shine, atleast i only lost the progress for 1 shine, so none of this a something big of a deal
