Just got mine today and in the manual it says you must have an overload protection device setup to use this. Are you using one?

The piece you put the blade on, thats on both sides of the wheel. Which set are you using ? Sometimes the upper portion of the blade will sharpen, but not the tip and sometimes vicd versa

There is 2 different blade angles. Make sure you have the correct pitch.

How do you sharpen the mulching blades that are curved?

I just bought one of these. I guess the extra guide arms are set at a bit different angle than the ones that came shipped on it. So maybe try the other ones out and see if it gets into that middle area of the blade. :)

One is for dif wide. Other for wider high lift.2 dif angles from high lift to medulla. Or low

@Michael Bull the disc that comes with it works fine. The orange has way more grit thus making it faster. So both work fine.have a video to upload about it actually

Well half or close too. These new blades come sharp and angled the whole length. I don't see them doing any better but half the blade cutting sounds good on paper lol
