This opened my eyes to how to actually apply the caged system to find the triads I want. Great lesson that my listeners enjoy when I’m warming up. Thanks!

Since so many guitar players start off in the A-minor pentatonic with a 1-4-5 progression, you should make the exact same type of video but with minor triads. I know if would be helpful.

I been looking for the name of these it’s guitar chord licks I’m tryna learn 🔥🔥🔥

Awesome lesson Brett but I noticed right after the D you do a little lick that isn't shown on the pdf or explained.

LOl you right! I guess that one is for you to figure out on your own. I just added it off the cuff while recording. You can get it if you use your ears and watch my hands.

Don’t know how I stumbled upon this lesson but so glad I did. Great job and love the chords. Sounds very smooth.

I’ve learned a lot licks, riffs, transitions, fills, etc from probably 100 KZbin videos and this one is by far the most fun and melodically that I have ever learned. I LOVE IT and I play it as my warm up every day. I’ve added some elements and elongated it a bit but the core is this lesson. Thank you very much!

Liked this lesson a lot. Especially how you explained the count to establish how to get in and out of the lick to the chords. I always have trouble on how to start a solo. I think this will help me in that regard. Thanks Brett.
