Now how do you have this "New Sync" Feature update without the workbook being open?

The file should automatically sync whenever it is opened again. Is there a goal you are trying to achieve that needs the updating to occur without the file being opened? If so, I might be able to help you find a solution.

I guess that really depends on what type of reporting you are trying to achieve. As the survey data is coming into a single location, we could theoretically analyse it on a new tab of this worksheet easily enough.

Ah yeah, for something like that, I'd probably look at Power Automate for its greater flexibility.

Unfortunately, I do not at this time. I am always looking for new things to make videos on (and the list is getting longer), but I have added Power Automate to it. :D
