Danbee is amazing, this is just pure talent she has! Danbee is only going up from here!!!🥳 Tips from a flyer always stretch, have a strong core, and pull up with your abs while flying. Make sure when you go up in any stunt you don’t grab your waist, just make fist🤛🏽 resting on hips.👍🏽❤️

being a flyer takes a lot of skill and trust in your base and back spot, I was a back spot for someone who weighed more than me very compressed and muscles and I was scared that I might drop her but she trusted me and it made me feel better and it made me realize that yes bases and back spots can get hurt but one wrong move and the flyer can lose a whole season of cheerleading because they're like 5ft in the air especially since we have a lot of tall girls as bases too. so I give props to your sister because it takes a lot of trust to know if they can get you up and down safely with out major injuries.

@@lesliegonzalez112 omg yes of course! So I don’t know what is required for your team but my school has varsity and junior varsity. I went into the tryout experience with zero experience whatsoever. Here are my main tips and what my coach’s tips were: •SMILE!! the coaches aren’t necessarily looking for people who can do tricks they want someone who engages with the crowd well and is excited to be there. •try your best! this is very important! •hit sharp motions/point your toes in jumps! I would also practice the tryout material (dance, chant, etc.) at home a ton! •finally, show your cheer spirit!! always be confident in yourself and if you mess up just keep going! Sorry this is long, I hope this helps!
