Although, they are still disputed territory, even in GoT time, so the regional names may not apply. Hull is a town on the island of Driftmark, which is in the Crownlands, near the island of Dragonstone. Alan and Adam in HotD are called "of Hull" because they are from the town of Hull. The Velaryon fleet would draw sailors and workers from all over Westeros, many of whom would have the same names, so smallfolk/peasants without surnames would often introduce themselves as "[Name] of [Hometown]" to tell one another apart. Your reaction to his death is so real, this was all of us when the episode first released 😂 Margaery became one of my favorites so fast! Sure she knows how to manipulate, she doesnt really marry for love. But she cares about the common people and wants to be a queen both for her own AND their gain, which is a rare treat in that world. Sooner or later her relationship with Joffrey would probably turn violent, I'm happy she got out of that situation cause she is a good person even if she has the skills of manipulation 🙏 And Tyrion had to say those things to Shae, by this point he had tried everything to make her leave and she still wanna run around like its their right to be together, knowing full well their relationship is putting both her and Tyrions life in danger. Desperate to make her leave so she wont be killed, Tyrion tries to make her leave one last time by breaking her heart.
