First time watching it I was so happy, thhen you re=watch the series & wish it was a more painful death & that not just the north heard all he had done, saw his downfall but it is still justice that it was Ned & Cat's daughters & son that brought him down. Cause you have to think Bran had a hand in getting some answers, but still woman taking him down is awesome considering how he has used them all his life. there have been hints about Jon all the way, some obscure some a little more in your face, but the moment Drogon let him scratch his nose & he purred it was hard to not be sure.

At about 42:00: I don't think Cersei is being stupid. Jon and Dany basically told her: "There is an enemy who wants to kill as all. Help us defeat him and as soon as we suceed we will team up and kill you, you don't get anything in return for helping us." If I received such an offer I would be very tempted to answer: "No, I will die happier if you die as well." Plus, Cersei's best hope is to let her enemies fight and hope she can defeat the weakened survivor. I think her demand of Jon staying neutral was actually a fair one. Not only is it smart to offer something in return when you want something from someone, it would also given them leverage over Cersei: Jon should have answered with Dany's permission: "If you keep your promise I won't join the war between you and Dany, I swear it. However, if you don't keep your promise I will join the war, I swear this as well." I am not sure whether Cersei would have been true to her word in this case, but she would have a motive to do so.

Jon inherited Lyanna's dark hair, similar to how Rob & Sansa inherited Catelyn's red hair, which is a trait of the Tully Family. In the books, Rob looked more like his mother than Ned. Arya is supposed to look very similar to Lyanna as well. Not all Targaryens have silver hair. Over the centuries, there have been several who had Targaryen blood that did not inherit the silver hair and purple eyes. In the show, Dany & Viserys didn't have the trademark purple eyes either. Robert Baratheon also had Targaryen blood in his ancestry, but all the Baratheons have dark hair. This is something that is brought up quite often in the spin off show "House of the Dragon." By the way, Jon being the child of Lyanna & Rhaegar means that he is Dany's nephew.

@@highlander31527 I agree. Starks were several steps ahead of him. Some say LF was showing his true cowardly colors by begging for his life in a broken voice. I agree he was showing his true colors: the colors of a master manipulator, vs a coward, using every card he had. Doubtless crying and begging has gotten some out of a jam, and LF would have seen this first hand. If he had seen, in the past, a jester juggling apples and standing on his head to save his own life, and succeed at this, LF would have tried this as well. This wasn't the cries, (don't think I saw tears,) of a coward, but rather a sleight of hand move from a psychopath.

Sansa must've had an off-screen talk with Bran, which was hinted at by Arya giving the dagger from Bran to Sansa last episode. So in between then and now, Bran has filled Sansa in on everything. Littlefinger betraying Ned, Littlefinger starting the war in the first place including Lysa writing that BS letter to Catelyn, and Littlefinger being disloyal to Sansa in general. As she said, she's a slow learner, but she learns eventually, and Littlefinger ALMOST got her lol.

Even though the Unsullied were outnumbered 6 to 1, they still won the battle and all of the remaining living Dothraki surrendered and cut their ponytails off in shame and placed them at the feet of the remaining Unsullied soldiers. I believe it was called the battle of Qohor.

So the whole thing with Dany thinking she can't have any more children does come from the whole Mirri Maz Duur debacle....but just in the books. In the show, they cut out the line that makes Daenerys think she can't have children, but they kept that assumption in the show anyway for some reason. In both the book and the show, Dany asks Mirri Maz Duur when Drogo will be as he was, and in both book and show, she answers "When the sun rises in the west and sets in the east. When the seas go dry and mountains blow in the wind like leaves", but the show stops there while Book Mirri also says "When your womb quickens again and you bear a living child". Since all of those other things mean "never", Dany assumes the witch is telling her she can't bear children. Which makes sense in the books but there's no logic to it in the show

Daenerys is Jon's aunt. I can't remember which of them is older, but they are quite close in age. Daenerys was born on Dragonstone before Viserys and her were whisked away to Essos near the end of the war. Jon was born in Dorne, when the war was almost over. The Targareyans are a strange bunch. They do inbreed a bit to keep the dragon rider lineage in house, but they do marry outside their family on occasion to secure allegiances, but after many years, it has become more difficult to find Targareyans capable of riding dragons. As of right now, and has been always the case, no one has been able to figure out just how much Targareyan blood is needed in a person to successfully bond with a dragon, or even if Targareyan blood is required at all. The Targareyans kept so many secrets that they themselves have forgotten, or never knew in the first place, and just go with the whole "You must be a Targareyan to be able to ride a dragon."

@@christianrunfola9461 In the books, yeah. But Dany would be older than Jon in the show by a few months. Jon was born at the end of Robert's rebellion and Dany was already in hiding as a baby at that point. They also aged everyone up in the show, and that was a great choice lol. Imagine a grown ass man in Jorah lusting over a 12 or 13 year old Dany lol. Would've been extremely weird.
@highlander31527Ай бұрын
@@MFBloosh Yeah, I think Jon and Dany are maybe just a few months age difference at most. I'm trying to remember if she and Viserys left Dragonstone before or after the Tower of Joy. Book or show, their age difference should still be the same, even if they were aged up because we can tell their births from events in the story. Whether Viserys and Daenerys left Westeros before the Mad King was killed is uncertain to me, but I know it was a few weeks later after his death that Ned got to Lyanna at the Tower of Joy. Either way, there is no possible way Jon or Daenerys could suspect they were related.
