Viserys' death will always be my favourite. It's just perfect. The way his hubris slowly descended into desperation and hysteria, when he realized that his name and heritage means nothing to the Dothraki, and the way Daenerys grew up by seeing him die... It's so tragic and poetic.

Fun fact campfires can reach around 2000°F depending on size and what’s burning, where as the melting point of gold is 1948°F. So it’s actually perfectly plausible that the gold melted, albeit not that fast, although it wouldn’t be that pretty liquid gold color when pouring. It would be red glowing hot until it starts to cool (This is partly Google for the campfire, but I also do jewelry casting so I have seen melted gold.)

It's not so much as a moment, but a series of moments. I've always fancied a consecutive play by play of Catelyn Stark as a character. There is so much depth to her character in the books and in the TV series that she could use a little limelight just for her. Just a thought.

There also a small detail in those who demand a crown, like Viserys, die under the crown. Ned wasnt king of the north when he died (yes he was but more so) he was the kings hand. Tommen didnt demand a crown and he took his off when he jumped out the tower.

One of the most interesting things about GoT for me is that despite the horrid way that anyone decent is treated, and despite the fact that the best way to get killed in Westeros seems to be "be a decent person"...Martin (and the showrunners) inevitably makes sure that the evilest bastards get their just rewards. Here's my top five "poetic justice" deaths: 1. Ramsay Bolton being eaten by his own half-starved and abused dogs. 2. Walter Frey getting his due from a Stark. 3. Joffrey getting his big fat pouty brat mouth shut by poison. 4. Viserys getting his crown. 5. Tywin Lannister getting shot on the shitter. By the son he openly despised.

I'd like to see a theory on Craster and what he meant Season 3 episode 3 or 4 when he says when the white walkers come the only ones left will be the ones who are right with the Gods. The real Gods! Clearly Caster has an understanding with White Walkers so he has to know more about them and their intentions and what they want. I think its said for a reason we don't know yet.

This is my second favorite death - Ramsey Bolton's is the best - what is interesting is that all the bad guys deaths are ignoble - whining or screaming at their death while Ned and other good people don't die screaming - the one good person that would have screamed at their death - Mance - was saved from that by Jon. Shireen gets a pass as a child - of course she would scream.

Personally, I was a little disappointed by Joffery's death. I wanted him to have to feel real fear. He ordered death so cavalierly and strutted about bragging about his nonexistent skills. I wanted him to be shown for the coward he was.
