I must respectfully disagree about Ned. He told everyone Howland saved him from being defeated by Dayne. What did everyone think, Reed stepped in with a bouquet of daffodils and some chocolates? Of course not. Secondly, context is king. This was war, and in war, horribly lethal things happen. That's why those who engage in it say things like honor and glory go out the window very quickly. You do what you have to do to survive and to protect those around you. That you don't share every last grisly detail upon your return doesn't point to some character flaw or mendacity, it's merely discretion. Brilliant video, per usual. One thing about your video: you mentioned near the beginning that there seems to be a big difference between the resurrections of Jon and Beric Dondarrion. You didn't mention that Beric had been brought back from the dead more than once- in the books (specifically ASoS), he mentions to Thoros how each resurrection made him forget more and more of himself. Jon on the other hand has been brought back from the dead only once. That is a fairly large difference, I think.

There's a new theory everyone's talking about. This theory states that Bran, in his vision, will try to talk to King Aerys II Targaryen about Robert's Rebellion coming up. However, Aerys only hears whispers in his head so he was driven mad by it and everything will go horribly wrong when Bran's grandfather and uncle visit the court in King's Landing. Then the rebellion begins after Rickard's and Brandon's death. I felt really freaky and mind-blowing when I learned this theory. Also I couldn't believe that Bran, from the future, was one of the causes of Robert's Rebellion. And the War of the Five Kings as well.

SPOILERS.... I'm more convinced by the theory that Robert Strong will confront Lancel Lannister. He is convinced he will win because he knows the truth and the Gods will back him up. Obviously this doesn't turn out well for Lancel and is smashed in a 3 second fight with Frankenmountain. Cleganebowl is awesome but I would save it for later. I don't think Cersei will lose this trial by combat and it would be dull to see Sandor come back just to die in the trial. Anyway, just my opinion.

My problems with the Tower of Joy scene. 1) We can all agree that Ser Arthur Dayne was a badass. However, they didn't have to make Lord Eddard Stark look like such a punk while fighting him. Having Bran Stark watch that fight with such sad bewilderment on his face wasn't necessary. In the books, doesn't Ned credit Howland Reed with saving his life against Dayne? It shouldn't be such a shock to Bran at all. 2) We saw Ser Arthur Dayne and Ser Oswell Whent, but why did they omit Ser Gerold Hightower? He was the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard and part of the fight, after all. 3) No Dawn. With as much CGI money that they use towards putting the dragons on screen, they can spare some to show the glowing sword of the Sword of the Morning. Was the show's compromise to have Ser Arthur Dayne fight with two swords? It seems like brains of Dan and Dave turn to tapioca every single time that they make scenes in Dorne, whether it's at Sunspear or the Tower of Joy.

I think they made Bran witnesses the truth about Ser Arthur Dayne so it would be easier for him to believe Ned has other secrets to hide. After all, all the stories Bran heard about the Tower of Joy might very likely came from third parties who weren't there in the first place. So Ned neither confirm nor deny the claims doesn't make him a dishonest man. If R+L=J were true, it would be understandable that Ned wouldn't even want to talk about the Tower of Joy. On a completely different matter, I wonder who's better, Ser Barristan Selmy or Ser Arthur Dayne?

Okay, so Cleganebowl, Tower of Joy, Slaver's Bay, House Tarly is about to throwdown, the North remembers, Lannisters being their normal assholes of selves, Jon being Jon except it's his second try, and Arya is doing Faceless Men stuff. This episode was ripe with foreboding and set-up for future conflicts. I just hope Jon and Rickon get a reunion, or something. They deserve it.

But I agree that it dosen't really fit to Rhaeger to be the kind of guy who kidnapps and rape someone. And from what we saw of Lyana in Brans Vision she isn't really the damasal in disstres type of girl.
