I started listening to game scoop around 6 years ago when I started working in a hospital fixing medical equipment. It can be pretty stressful but I binged tons of episodes of the show back then and it would help me to relax when I was having stressful days. Still listening today!

That’s one of the main issues I have with Nintendo, charging full price for ports that only get an uprez and maybe some quality of life improvements. $39.99 would have been appreciated, as they did go in and actually change a few things in game beyond adding controller use along with the 1080p/60FPS increase.

While they did they best they could getting it to work with button controls, I don't think the end result is great. Having to hold L to turn the camera feels wrong and moves such as the fatal blow are even more awkward using button controls. The new control scheme is worth a go but I feel like it only hammers home the fact that Skyward Sword was built around motion controls.

"diegetic" is when something from fiction interacts with the viewer through a metaphor within the fiction. Animal Crossing is a great example. When you arrive at friends' islands, you literally arrive in a plane. That's a diegetic interaction. It could have been a loading screen, or just a small UI bit, or the characters spawning at places with a flash, but they decided to make the whole arrival bit feel like you're actually coming from another place - that's diegetic.

Deaths Door is incredible. It’s old style Zelda for better players who want slightly better deeper combat and don’t need their hand held as much. And the no map is fine because most secrets you get hints from the squid man.

What do you mean the Wii didn't get any good Metroid games? It got Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. IGN scored this game 9.5. It also received Metroid Prime 1 & 2 with the excellent Wii motion controls. Furthermore, it received Metroid Other M which IGN scored 8.5. The Wii received many great Metroid games.

@@reach5589 lol well of course a next gen title will run better than a 10 year old game. The core gameplay is almost identical though. You zip around the city/swing around the city (Spidey is obvi faster because it matches his ability set so thats a given). You sneak around taking thugs out until you want to go fists blazing and then it's a game of counters/gadget use. Spider-Man takes a ton from the Arkham games, don't kid yourself

I played all through Dead Space 1 again in last november. It is still an absolute great game to play right now. But if I can have the same experience with next gen graphics and tech, I certainly won't complain. This is awesome!

MCC is a great deal though seeing how you are getting a lot of the games in one big collection but I believe 5 still isn't on PC.

I agree to a point Zelda ocarina of time was 🔥, and after that came the clones except for windwaker. Botw is really hard to get into imo, it has outdated gameplay and graphics i was strugelling! They need to do a reboot ala GOW 2018. I think most people that praise zelda games and nintendo games in general is because either of nostalgia, fanboyism(playing only nintendo games), or they new to those games!
