My Issue is that the gamestick works but the controller not. no reaction at all.

Same Issue but a USB extender port connects but the controller now controls settings on my TV and not the actual game, I've gave up

Theres an on and off switch between the controllers stick bits perhaps try switching that

That sucks. I took the initiative and cloned mine for all my retro devices. I used a high quality version as the back up. Their SD cards are low quality. Ask the vendor for a replacement. Chances are they sell super cheap.i also tested copy to computer and it worked on the new one.

Just got mine yesterday and I get No Signal on ALL HTML ports. I have tried on 85" Samsung, 85: LG, 75" Spectre and 50" Sony. All with the same issue. Oh yeah, My 50" Google TV as well

Take the sd card out and plug it into your pc or laptop if you have one, your laptop will scan it and repair it and it will work. That’s what I did. My controllers do not work still though and not sure how to fix that yet

Actually if you know your Gamestick 4k lite firmware I can share it with you but the OS firmware only to flash it to your SD Card.

Try to take sd card out and put it on the computer to review. Right-click tools,/options/repair. worked for me. Keep in mind the sd card is super cheap so back it up to a name brand (clone it). Note the old green game sticks have to be unplugged thus part of the problem.

I literally just got mine and have same problem. Fresh out the box the screen came up once my son's played one round of fight and now the blue lights on side aren't lighting up either I noticed.
