Overall reviews from the 4 or 5 bats the team swung ?

Last week I believe finished up 10 bats that got into a fall game, though not all have published. It has been a fun journey/experiment. I will plan to do a recap/review video at the end. Of the bats that other guys tried, I'd say the overall favorite was probably the Monsta Comeback (26.5oz).

I've only got about 30 cuts on mine. I have only played 2 games in the past month. Too bad this took so long to ship. Last night's game I couldn't connect with the KOD 1 piece, 25oz 1oz endload. I blame that just on being rusty.... Our game was going down to the wire so I switched my buddy's broken-in Torch. I'm not sure what year but it's balanced which I tend to perform better with. I then pulled one foul and almost over the net behind the fence. Then I hit the game tying runs in with a screaming line drive in the gap in center field. The 1oz endload of my KoD may not be for me... but I'll get some bp in over the offseason and try to get it broke in. Is it true that the sweet spot to 1oz endloaded bats are way at the end of the bat like a baseball bat instead of where I'm accustomed to the sweet spot being in the middle of barrel?

wow what a year for ASA/USA bats! I will need to do a video on that. So far this fall where I've been giving bats games to play, I'd prob give to the 26.5oz Monsta Comeback.

Good swings with the KoD! Do you think that 1oz endload helps you with performance?

I think it may have on my first swing that game. I didn't think I got it good enough for it to go out but maybe that end load gave it an extra push. The knuckle ball concerned me on the one swing. I mean every bat will hit some knuckle balls, but I've found some bats do it more than others, and I want to avoid that. I'll need to keep an eye on that.

@@bathound Do you have any advice from preventing the ball from knuckling on line drives? It happens to me from time to time.

@@joshpang2242 sorry I don't have anything helpful. The path I took has been to switch bats if it happens too much haha. For example, I gamed the Monsta Fallout a couple years back but only for a couple weeks because of the knuckle balls. I moved to the Sinister and didn't experience them with that bat. But several years later with my swing having changed some, I don't get the same knuckle balls with the Fallout any longer that I can tell. So I'm sure something helped but I don't know what haha.

@@bathound I swing Sinisters, have noted the knucklers are on me not the stick/where I make contact but this is my 1st season back and learning cut
