I don't see why people praise 2015 so much, or even compare it to 2004 or 1999. It had a few good games (Witcher 3, Bloodborne), and a few decent. A lot of disappointments though, and a lot of delays. Overall, 2015 is probably praised because of completely terrible 2014, but I think it will be quickly forgotten by 2016, which actually looks amazing and already has more decent games out than 2015 did.

Great video as always! Surprised to not hear a single mention of Fallout 4, arguably the years biggest release. I gather you either didn't play it, or did and didn't really love it. Would love to hear your thoughts on it!

+Shaun Tighe I actually just finished my play through last night... I think I liked it? My criticisms are really the same as everyone else's... that it doesn't feel like you're role playing and the way the leveling mechanic works means less build diversity. But I can't say I was really disappointed. After playing through Skyrim, Fallout 4 was about what I expected from Bethesda. Thanks for the support!

+[game array] Hey thanks for the response! I definitely agree, and would also add that I really disliked the dialogue system compared to previous titles. The way the game handled relationships was just terrible ("How do you feel about us?") Especially after playing Wild Hunt, which handled them excellently. Ultimately pretty standard Bethesda shortcomings. Really disappointed they haven't done much in the last 15 years to improve their flaws, as I think they have other aspects of game design near perfected (world design and lore building.) Not to mention it's a shame to see them continue to move backwards in mechanical complexity. Anyway love your channel, and I really hope to see more content in 2016. Maybe a Patreon? I would definitely support it.

I have checked it out... through lore videos and playthroughs. I cannot stand gamepads so there is no way I'm buying a PS4 - especially if just for one game.
