@@blazerodie2578 that's how Bruce's parents died, batman is trying to sympathize with Superman because his parents died by getting shot by Joe chill (sometimes, other times they switch up the killer and make it confusing or just leave him a mystery) in an alleyway, but in the story superman was the person who killed his family by getting manipulated into thinking it was doomsday and ended up suffocating Lois and his unborn child in space, so he's telling Bruce that he watched the murder but he wasn't the one who pulled the trigger he wasn't "the gun"

It's because of the Kryptonian pill the insurgency (and regime) takes, it's called U-93-R. It enhances their body to superhuman levels. It's how the game explains why Deathstroke (for example) could beat WW.
