Godzilla barged into her home uninvited and wanted to take it for himself. Tiamat wasn't causing any trouble for him at all and was following his orders of staying back into its home and not cause trouble. It's also the second time Godzilla came to take her house which she rightfully earned.

Tiamat just wants to find her daughter, and was gonna kill anything that moved (seeing any one of them as responsible for her daughter's abduction. Kong is the only who gives a shit about humans, due to his connection with them and his race being known for being quite social with and protecting humanity. Abbadon... He's a giant spider what do you expect? But jokes aside, given the mythos of the Abbadon demon, Abbadon likely saw David as prey, and was merely toying with him as torture, to instill fear as that's in his nature to terrorize humanity and just instill fear.
