I still think the Shadow Queen should’ve been here since she was the final boss of TTYD and she had a really big impact. I bet she’d get silver medal of evil or around there. I think you forgot Andross. He destroys Krystal’s homeworld, killing everyone, except the young blue vixen, influences General Scales to control Dinosaur Planet/Sauria, captures and traps Krystal in a crystal, waits for Fox to free the Krazoa Spirits to revive himself, betrays Scales, successfully revives himself using the spirits, Krystal’s telepathic powers and her life force, proclaims himself to be a god, threatens to destroy the Lylat System and tries to kill Fox by slapping his ship with his hand and using him as a chewing toy. Despite Falco intervening and saving his friend, Andross still tries to murder the red fox. While he didn’t directly attempt to kill Falco (even though Fox would protected him from Andross), his actions were putting still him in huge danger. When Andross is defeated, he explodes himself, freeing the Krazoa Sprits on the way, to kill Fox and Falco one last time, but to no avail.

As glad as I am that you brought up Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, I do believe that the Shadow Sirens are more prominent than Grodus, especially Beldam. Beldam was the mastermind behind the sham that it was either treasure, or power behind the thousand year door, all to bring back the Shadow Queen to cause the second calamity. The Shadow Sirens appear in game more than Grodus does, and Beldam's want for destruction would place her higher than Grodus was, even higher than the Apparoid Queen.

Grodus is the original Mysterio, at least from my POV. Mysterio (probably) came first in the comics, but I never even heard of him until Far From Home came out. Unlike Mysterio, however, Grodus never pretended to be a hero. He was a villain from the start.

That's definitely the thumbnail but here's a more detailed ranking Pure Good Ruler: Princess Zelda Kind Ruler: Princess Peach. Good Ruler: Princess Hilda ( she may be a villain by Nintendo standards but she puts her Kingdom first so that's good) Grey zone Ruler: Bowser ( he might not be the best person but he's a good King since he cares about his people) Bad Ruler: Ganondorf ( he did care about his people to an extent and might have started out a good King but he was corrupted by power) Evil Ruler: Fawful ( he literally stripped all free will from all his subjects and he wasn't even an actual King or Lord he stole that position) Dictator: King Boo ( he literally sees his own species as useless the moment they fail him and he's willing to see all of them die if it means killing off Luigi)

Samus on the other hand ( Samus is Ridley's arch enemy) straight up wants to kill Ridley for a very good reason. And the only reason Ridley isn't omnicidal is because he wants some people to live so he can kill even more people later.

There are some other things you forgot to mention Zant was willing to kill everyone in Hyrule which officially makes him genocidal and not even Ganondorf was willing to kill EVERYONE in Hyrule if he could help it since he wanted to rule over Hyrule and how do you rule a realm with nobody in it. My point is while you are right in saying Zant is worse than Ganondorf you also undersold him just a little bit. Also Ridley isn't just traumatizing Samus he's also helping Metroid Prime aka Dark Samus in galactic conquest which Metroid Prime's version of galactic conquest could destroy the entire galaxy as a whole as a result both Dark Samus and Ridley should be ranked as more evil. Also also Do this for the other game systems in fact you should do the DS/ 3DS next.
