Great seeing Paige make an appearance at the 4:16 mark, they are going to be one of the best back courts the game has ever seen.

That give UCONN three #1 players in four years--Christyn Williams, Paige Bueckers, and Azzi Fudd--each one may be more talented than the last.

Wow! So glad I found this video! Yes, Azzi is at Connecticut and is just coming around after a long recovery spell from injuries. The Huskies have been devastated by injuries in 2021-2022 but things look bright heading for tournament time in March. Paige Bueckers, hopefully will be back at full strength and the rest of the team has hustled their way to an outstanding record despite being undermanned on many occasions. If everything falls into place this group of players will be very determined to do well in the tournament. Stay tuned. They will be 9 deep in their rotation which means their defensive intensity will be paramount.

Her movements are so correct. Her technique is excellent. Example: her set up to her set shot. Perfect. Not fast and flashy, just so correct and technical.

Love the Huskies but have to wonder if there is room for Poffenberger, Fudd, Bueckers, Griffin, Muhl, Sooooooooo much talent.
@svpst13 жыл бұрын
@Anthony Tomassi Berry could rrppplace O-dodo right. When you look at games they lose you see O'dodo had produced zero. I don't think she understands the game at all. She wants to run around and shoot 3's.
@svpst13 жыл бұрын
Nice to chat with someone who has an eye and an understanding of the game. O N_O has this desire to go outside and whip up 3's but Geno needs her in the paint on the glass. They are not yet good rebounder's and it doesn't help that she's 20 feet from the hoop. Edwards will be good but right now she's kind of a bull in a china shop. You're right about Williams. Brilliant one game and not so hot the next. Westbrook and Paige are pretty consistent and I believe Makurat at full speed would have changed the Arkansas outcome. Dugress has a tremendous game and you could see it in her intensity right from the get go. Muhl is coming along but I'm not sure of how much of Geno's face to face smashing she can put up with. From what I'm hearing this Saylor is a Bueckers only 3 or 4 inches taller. I've bee watching this team, not quite as long as you, probably 5 or 6 years and love how they play. I'm a Michigan State grad but where Geno gets 3 or 4 of the best in the country every year, Suzy Merchant seems to get 1 of the middle tier of Michiganders. She's got one freshman. Doesn't work well, so I root for the Huskies. Thanks for an excellent response.

@@svpst1 Ododa cost UConn that semi-final game. 2 points!!! UConn was playing 6 on 4. She needs to go. She wilts under the pressure and she seemed very reluctant to pass to Paige.

She's not better than Raven 'Hollywood' Johnson or Saniya Rivers
@mishkakandhari38823 жыл бұрын
She’s better than Paige who won player of the year as a freshman. So why isn’t she better than them? I won’t say anything to you unless Raven Johnson or Saniya rivers go win college player of the year next year as freshman too. Azzi is a generational talent and prospect. Those 2 are great players, not generational

She’s a great player, but we all know Azzi would have won Hs player of the year this year if her school actually had a basketball season. Raven is a great player. Azzi fudd is a once in a generation player.
