I got excited every time I saw a notification that you were streaming. The streams are really fun because of the amount of progress you make, the influence on the game and the occasional Q&A. Before the game jam I almost lost all motivation on my game, but seeing you do these things so fast gave me all my motivation back. LMMS is pretty decent. I used it for a while. The main issue is just that it doesn't support VST3.

please can you advise me? I have a lot of dependencies on screen resolution, which are set in my settings file. All calculations are based on these settings, but is it right to do this? suddenly then during the game the player will change the resolution and then everything will move out. or am I wrong? can then calculate all dependencies through get_size on the screen? or does it matter?

I pulled it off of lospec then modified it. The easiest solution is to just use an existing palette. I also have a video about colors.

They are made by one person my guy lol. Also he’s doing all the art and animations himself and he has developed a particular style so yea obv it’s going to look similar in some aspects. 😂

lmao you say "made in under 48 hours" but literally 90% of the game is from all your other projects, the vfx, collisions, particles, grass and even some assets and what not

99% of the code in most game jam games comes from the engine rather than being written by the developer. That's literally how you're supposed to make games. Bruh. 💀 The only reused assets were particle/lighting masks (same as any game engine) and the grass which was heavily modified.
