Ill never get tired of this series. SC doesnt feel like a game we play.. its so much more immersive than that. Star Citizen is the Perfect name.. it feels like we live there, in the verse.. thats a level of immersion that Still takes my breath away and only gets better as the game improves.

If you put the fury into attack mode(wings expanded) it will make it through the doors inside the Reclaimer no problem.

you can actually leave landing gear up , wings extended and throttle near zero and just move her in like a spruced goose but the salvage hold and the cargo hold are the only 2 areas you can really put vehicles and a fury at in that tub.

CIG will add the food and drinks to the kitchen someday. But right now since they have a long list of others that need to be done first and I would prefer for them to get those items done first before wasting time in food and drinks on the ship. Because as it stands right now we have the ships inventory to use to store those items.

@@XycoTV if you are in the ship when the 30k happens you wont lose your cargo, the ship will be at the terminal at your most recent landing zone and upon retrieving it your cargo will remain inside...if youre not in the ship when it happens it will be a loss.

I had a Hull-C with cargo reappearing in my hangar after 2 days since abandoning it after the old server crashed where I left it behind. just don't reclaim an abandoned ship and it will be restored if the server crashes at some point.

I've noticed that the smoke wants to comes up when you fly through a gas cloud like the ones at the LaGrange points. Further testing required for that one too

You have to hit Alt+K to get the fury through the Reclaimer doors. Although you can fit the Fury in all the holds one of the doors is slightly larger than the rest, I believe its the salvage processing area.

We tried different approaches to work with the Reclaimer and refueling, currently the easiest is to just sell CM in Space Station admin canter while refueling the ship on pads and placing RMC into Cargo Hold until we finish for the day. Our long-term idea was to actually use the Starfarer as a support ship. Starfarer does feel like a good companion for the Reclaimer, it can carry quite a lot of cargo (~280 SCU) and double as a Quantanium Power bank. So the idea was to just offload the cargo from the Reclaimer after refuel process and have the team on Starfarer go and sell all the cargo, that way the Salavge team can last longer in space, plus with Starfarer acting as your personal fuel tank, you can actually use TS-2 QD. We were thinking of doing it now, but in terms of money making it does not feel that much profitable, as you would need to increase the crew from 2-3 people, to 4-5 in order to run the things efficiently in terms of time, which means splitting profits with more people. However since you are doing this run yourselves, you might also give it a shot, maybe it will be something that will work better for you.

The weapons and components aren't worthless anymore. I guess it depends on the size though. The size 4 or 5 cannons on a Corsair sell for over 5 grand a piece. Might be closer to 10, but I don't remember exactly. Badger repeaters on the side turrets are only 550 uec though. The 3 powerplants on a 400i are worth 9300 uec each, but the 400i's default coolers aren't sold in game so they sell for zero. I haven't been able to remove any of the components from a Corsair or the shield genny from 400is.

With Recycled material now being a trade item from the new location on hurston the demand for them has gone way done at TDD. So my crew has opted to just munch the bigger ships and play Tetris with all the boxes lol. Great work as always loves this series, keep it up!

Great job was nice to see all the new features working in game,nice haul in credits to.makes it worth the time and effort of a bigger crew,as far as the jump drives I found a while ago that the jump drives in the middle of the pack turn out to be the best,the Atlas for small ships isn't the fastest but gives most ships with a tiny 585 quantum tank a range of just 0ver 70, while most of the stock get you 32.the pontes for the Cat and other ships it's size but the Crossfield for my fighter with larger tanks not the fastest but better range for a few seconds of time and the cost is lower to buy,of coarse this will all change again when stealth in certain ships components effects detection by your enemy.but that I think will only affects small ships, the big ships you really can't hide anymore lol.thanks again for the video.

9:16 There's one major thing you missed: if you raise landing gear, it will extend the wings, making it wider but lower. That might make it fit through the doorway.

With the main body chunk of the hammerhead you want to have disintegration at +8% or higher to fill the buffer up maximum, that way you can keep generating 16SCU boxes and never have to print out smaller sizes.

I've only just got into salvage and one thing I've noticed with my little vulture is that scraping certain ships give much faster cScu/s results. Cutlass and anything around this size can be super slow like 0.5 - 1.5 cScu/s max.... but if I go do a c2 / m2 and scrape those my cargo fills up in no time, averaging around 2.5 - 3.5 cScu/s, filling my freelancer max full of rmc took a couple of hours and net me 1.7 million ish not including any 80k bonus runs, hull shape and size really does make a difference with scraping

Different parts on different ships have varying thickness of hull which results in varying salvaging speeds/volumes. Thats the reason why these panels floating around asteroid fields at larange points are so lucrative for hull scraping because they fill up your buffer in no time. On the Hercules series for example the wings tend to have a very thick layer of hullscraping material on them.

I am always impressed by your film making skills. Wonderful angles and great editing to remove excess fluff but leave enough to tell the story properly. 👍 I noticed the smoke problem eased a bit after it's worst point. Do you know what makes it bad and what makes it clearer? I assumed it was related to the 'atmosphere leaks' we sometimes see where it can rain or snow inside a ship, ie the gas clouds outside were leaking in but not leaking out, but that does not explain why only half the cockpit was affected.

If you put the multi-tool in your hand from your inventory while in an arm system you will be able to use it. You don't have to leave an armist's zone to use a multi-tool. Tractor beam.

After watching this, I’d like to see CIG add some things. 1.) The ability to add food & Drinks to kitchens. 2.) The ability to allow party members to bed log in ships so long as the owner is present. 3.) Working clothing, space suit & Armour storage outside of menus for all to access. I still pray for in ship music from the owner to be allowed.

Left Alt + K will make the fury shorter (and a bit wider) and you shud be able to get it through the Reclaimer Elevator Doors.

Forget trying for "Champagne" landings with a Reclaimer, "Beer" landings are the best you'll do. ;-D Though my first and only time landing a Reclaimer was a "Champagne" landing (prior to flight model change). ;-)

If you can get the fury aboard next time, I'd suggest having one of your crew fly it ahead to the salvage jobs and then jumping to their location to avoid flying the Rail through all the rocks.

Definitely add a ranger quantum drive to the ship. It's a lot more efficient and it also gets you there fast. I have been noticing that the troller heads don't do a very good job of scraping. They're really living up to the 60% efficiency, so tonight I'm going to try using a braids instead to see if I get better returns on the recycled materials

Pretty sure fury is less tall with the wings deployed, and the main issue you had with it was the height, the tractor beam right click UI told you the problem, the shields were on.

Citizen Kate and Will this video like all your others I find very enjoyable to watch and members at Shunk Work i'll do a great job too. Also, I love the music that you're using your videos as well as your camera work which is fantastic. In addition, I have a minor suggestion on the ships in SC. Try not to run around in the ship too much because as I have learned your character is a physics grid moving around inside of a ship which also has a physics grid and sometimes those two grid can get slightly out of sync with each other if you move too fast through the ship. Remember and keep in mind that the server is processing a lot of information at any given time and it's better to walk your character through the ship to allow the server to catch up with your computer and for your computer to catch up with the server.

5:43 The fury should work. I once stole a… err I mean the “AG” units once stole a reclaimer so I heard… using a C8R. In atmo shot open the elevator but it didn’t come down so backed in a c8r to one of the doors to get on the elevator 😅 idk how but got in. but did die once
