Hi GE. I am loving this island your on. Not gonna lie, im a little jealous. I have never seen an island that big with a small lake in the middle. Simply gorgeous. I had already started playing again but started over trying to get a map with islands like the one your on. Unfortunately I play on console so I'm not sure if I will find one. Glad your sharing and I can't wait to see what you come up with for your base.

If I remember this, you can use a infinite resource (yuka) as firewood in the campfire and not waste finite resources like sticks, and you feed the fire enough to cook the food. No point in filling it up.

EDGE......I've always avoided this game but I'm very glad that you got it going, it's really awesome and the island you're on looks Amazing !!!!....the flooring is a bit rough But not that bad....made of sticks after all.........episodes are kinda short, maybe you should do a Stream ??......either way I'm looking forward to Seeing Much More of this !!!!

friendly reminder. when your crafting is max level you'll get everything back when you destroy the stuff instead of half when its not.

Hey Gamedged when your refined ax and hammer is almost used up you can make a wood station and then destroy it and then you get back your hammer and ax at a 100 percent

Love to see you back on stranded deep. You should make the tool belt all levels. Store your knife, ax and pick ax and something else in the tool belt to give you more inventory space

The belt is broken on PC. You don't actually get more space

(The "exploding pig I found made rawhide" episode. [Technically need the rawhide to make the leather straps on the tanning rack to make the pickaxe.] GE confirms the Plank Station takes a *refined* axe and a crude hammer. )

@@theebee8519 Steam makes it so easy! There are several tutorials on KZbin. I created an island too, they're actually not that hard to make. When you figure out how to add them in game, look for a map called Dawn's Oasis. I made with it being your base island in mind. Good luck!

I like how you throw that spoiled meat into the ocean, very realistic. :D What mod are you using for the islands? You should add it to the endcredits or the video description, to make it easier for viewers, and so you won't have to reply to every single comment asking about it. ;D Wish modders could implement stuff like the ability to chop down bigger trees, proper rescue events, and then some. This game, for all its faults, is still probably the best in the genre when it comes to surviving on a tropical island in the middle of an ocean. It's really sad the devs just called it quits when there's still so much to develop!

Watching long dark? Nah, was fun to play back when not fun to watch. The one dev I dealt with is a pos in my opinion but to each their own. I didn't actually like this game until I saw you playing it and went and watched your last entire series, I think this was also fun to watch not play for me.
