Obvious ninja no no no I ment if you where to use something like tape on a cats whiskers (witch are extremely delicate) you can permanently harm a cat and cats are smart meaning that cat will no longer trust humans and will hide and attack people who find it if you where too use electrical tape cats would be over responsive too it do to how there body is constructed and it can harm there nerves. I didn't mean it like you would use duct tape I haven't met a person who is stupid enough too do that. (but I have met heartless people who would) and don't question me I am a vet.

you can angle it up the same way you curve. First it will go up but if you keep going you can get it so you can go up instead of forward so that way you can get those high hard to get place if your at there base
