This video popped out on my feed and I do really think it's appropiate to correct some misconceptions; While it's true that some people in Gameloft do, indeed, check on the community from time to time, they don't act based on whatever you make videos about, it's more the opposite; a different branch of GL is somewhat related with Gameloft China, so if a car appears first there, it's not hard to guess that a some point in the future it might appear on the global version (like the Nissan Neon Edition, the Absolut, the Mistral...) But they do that based on their own roadmap, not because of any videos I make talking about that, for example. Moving on to the 'Asphalt 9 Creators'; while it's true that you have to apply once you reach a certain milestone in order to get a chance to become an asphalt creator, it doesn't even remotely guarantee you that you will be accepted; I applied in the past a couple of times and both times Gameloft let me know that I couldn't join the program basically because of my videos like the one I've seen on this video, where I guessed what could Asphalt Unite be based on a trademark Gameloft registered, and it turned out to be true; Gameloft doesn't want you to guess, to speculate; they want, in a way, to control the flow of information regarding huge announcements, even if you are just guessing and in some points you turn out to be right, that will mean a permaban from applying to be an official creator. However, if you don't guess about stuff, encourage people to waste money, and dont't point out loud the bad things that take place into the game, Gameloft will let you in, even if you got caught blantantly cheating a couple of times in the past, even though regarding this having contacts surely helped in some cases. Most of the A9 Creators are clean but, obviously, you don't get to access early betas of upcoming updates of the game if you are not fitting into the message GL wants you to 'convey' as an official creator so, if you join, you gotta fit in the hole. Makes sense from a company standpoint, though. At last, but not least, no, Gameloft won't ban you for criticizing them; within their Terms of Service, they have a section where they say they can ban you without telling you why, and, since we all accept the ToS in order to play A9, we all can get banned, but Gameloft only does this if you disrespect one of their employees (like 555/tempest isla did in the past) or you go just savage mode insulting them without any reason being a known figure within the community - aside from the obvious reasons to get banned like cheating and that stuff - . For as long as you support your arguments properly, is unlikely that Gameloft will ever touch you. Anyway, just wanted to clear up some misconceptios. Gameloft is the one being one step ahead since they are the ones making the game, and if I make a video about something new I found, they will check out but only to see if is there anything worth striking for (in case you cross the line). Most of the time, literally nothing will happen if you word your videos properly.

I like it. I started playing it at lauch (legends). It was super good, besides the star* factor, thay was doddgy, but we could still maxx star cars. However they slowly started to pull that back after 2 weeks. If you started at lauch you had alot of maxxed out cars if you just play and do the events. But if you started a month or more after, good luck. They i troduved those special cards that you need to apply the last part upgrades too, along with even more gate keeping for players that wanted cars. A year in it was hell. Now new car events needed specific cars for you to even dare race for the new car. Later down the line they added keys... it was just getting so oit of hand, that i cant defend these sharks anymore. They where on the news of how people where exploiting they rigged %drops on packs and everything. Im not here to complain cuz im old now. I just wanna give a shout out to the young ones that keep calling these deuches out on they predatorous ways! Dont defend it if its not fair! Love ya!
