Back in college we had a culinary department and no one would bat an eye if one of them were carrying knives or even sharping them in school. It might be possible,although the mechanics would be like this, "Yandere chan has a pepper spray,she could only use it for 3 times/4 maybe until it runs out,it is used to knock people out for 25/15 seconds,there should be a timer on top of their head,but if yandere chan gets caught then she will be arrested/expelled,to refill it she might need to go to the cooking club/do it when she's home.

The Epic Spy, That sounds good, but you'd need a good reason to do so. Maybe if you wanted to get reputation, you could frame someone, so that they looked like they did something bad, and the player would pepper spray them, apprehend them, etc. The school populace would know that you did it, in return giving you a lot of reputation. Vise versa if you pepper spray a student for no reason or worse consequences.

It’d be interesting to try and figure out your own goal for the game, ie get on the Student Council and max relations with everyone, or the reverse, without having to murder. It doesn’t need to be fleshed out with additional content or anything, just a quick cheat mode to be able to play with all the non-directly murderous things.

I think being able to throw weapons would be a good addition. You can throw a weapon and they'll pick it up leaving fingerprints so you can frame them, you can throw the knife OVER the metal detector while no one is watching and pick it up on the other side.

But if Info-Chan was a member of the Student council they would know who she was. Your theory made me think and I kinda came up one that's a bit detailed and long: Info-Chan was used to attend the school with a different appearance and alias. Maybe she had no family and was disliked by students. She was member of the student council. She was disliked by everyone in the school because of how she would gather information perhaps more information that was needed for the student council. Maybe she was able to find out things about their background or secrets no one knew about. One day (perhaps seeing an post in a blog) a boy from another school is asking for some panty shots of girls or personal information such as their address or phone number that he's willing to buy. Info Chan needs money so she starts to take panty shots of girls while she's patrolling the school. Other members of the student council see her and she is expelled. But maybe the members of the Student council don't tell the other students why info Chan was expelled but since she was so unpopular hobody really care what happened to her. (or maybe there was an deal between her and the school and student council, she stays in the school but no one knows she's there and she won't sell panty shots of the student council members and faculty as it'll lower the schools reputation) But the students hear about info chan though gossip and fear her. If anyone came to the a member of the student council about Info Chan they'll just tell the student that info chan doesn't exist. And maybe the reason why Info Chan does favors for Yandere-Chan in exchange of panty shots is for money and more valuable information that she sell on. (I apologize for it being so long. I just love thinking about theories)

Some joining the student council ideas! 😁 1. I think similar to delinquents they should be less suspicious and take longer to notice yan-chan if doing something sus. Though until you fully join the council they still would push you to not make it so easy to kill all of them. 2. I think it would be cool if yan-chan once in the student council could send home any student with a valid reason, so maybe she can frame someone into looking sus to send them home. 3. I think a benefit for joining the club is to also be able too have students do tasks from you without befriending them. 4. I think a good thing for magami in the future is to be able to spread rumors and break the relationships apart, for them getting annoyed a magami. Just an idea 5. I also think yandere-Chan should have to go to school earlier, but to be aloud to be late 10-30 minutes because teachers would assume yiu were just doing your role 6. Maybe also yandere-Chan could convince faculty members to let her guard the corpse while they go alert others. There she could have a minute or two to get the body hidden before the police are called. 7. I think a negative effect of being in the student council will be rep. You have to have it over 80+, but ur rep goes down twice as fast because of being such an important figure and being more popular to gossip about. 8. I think if a student council sees her doing something suspicious (besides killing or corse disposal ofc) they will start to push yandere Chan the next day and still “hmmm..” because of their suspicions. Maybe ayano would have to do something to regain their trust and maybe gain other benefits. 9. I think a requirement to join the student council it to have full stats on everything. That’s some ideas, do what you want with them I just thought it would make it more challenging

Sounds like Megami is to Yan-Chan what L was to Light; Essentially a super-genius surrounded by powerful allies, pretty much instantly knows who the villain is from the get-go, but isn't able to prove it immediately, basically exists to make the villain's life a living hell, and will completely ruin the villain if they even go a tiny bit out of line, and is also insanely difficult to defeat while getting away with it. Not to mention the possibility of being able to work with her/potentially even, "befriend her" to avoid her suspicions.
