Eh. A P65 warning means basically nothing. It's on everything you can imagine. Because everything can cause cancer (apparently it's even on oxygen tanks). This isn't me advocating for G-Fuel. It is not a good choice to drink energy drinks. But cancer risk is not a factor in that.
