WITH THEIR love for plastic surgery and glitzy lifestyle, the Capasso triplets could be mistaken for typical party-loving glamour models. But far from being 'bimbos', former Catholic schoolgirls Hannah, Katherine and Nadia are actually 'gaming nerds'. When the lockdown hit, the trio started streaming on Twitch and have since built a loyal fanbase. The sisters from Staten Island, New York, have such a deep bond that they try to mirror each other in every way possible, from dressing up in matching outfits to getting the same cosmetic procedures. They even vow to never get married and live together for the rest of their lives. The 27 year olds tell Truly: "We do everything together. We've been doing everything since we were born, since the womb. And we are never going to separate or be apart from each other."

Let's STOP normalising people who have bodydismorphia and are getting surgery, PLEASE! They will never stop because they will always find new things that could be "improved," and the cycle will continue for the rest of their lives... Let's normalise getting help from a psychologist first, and I am not saying this to be shady, I am dead serious. It is very worrying that we call surgery "self care" these days, when in reality, it won't fix anything for people with bodydismorphia in particular Edit: I want to make clear that I obviously don't know what kind of relationship these women have with their bodies. They are allowed to do whatever makes them happy! I just hope that they are not doing it because of severe body image issues. I am also not against plastic surgery. What I am saying is that I feel like surgery is used as a "quick fix" these days, when I personally believe mental problems should be addressed first

Psychiatrist. A psychiatrist specializes in mental health and counseling. Whereas a psychologist is more psychological testing and evaluation. That's really dumbing it down, but don't confuse them as they are not the same. For one, a psychiatrist can prescribe medication, whereas a psychologist cannot.
