REALITY STAR Nicole Zavala is celebrating her 30th birthday in style. As she enters the new decade of her life, Nicole is spending a whopping $20,000 on plastic procedures to ensure she looks her absolute best on the big day. A week before her birthday, Nicole went under the knife and had her breasts done for the fourth time. Today, Nicole and her best friend Mala are getting some last-minute fillers before they head out for her extravagant birthday dinner. Despite being criticised by her loved ones for her surgery addiction, she admits that it's been helping her cope with recently losing her boyfriend of three years, Demetrius. "When I go through my stuff, I feel like that's how I cope with it. I go get tattoos, I go get piercings, but mostly I go get surgery," Nicole says. "I know he's with me and I know he wants me to do good. I'm just trying to be strong because it's hard. It's really hard."

They've done that on other videos and I think they do the people a disservice by leaving out info about the person to give more context and show that the people have more depth to them than superficial stuff. I don't support unhealthy coping mechanisms but healing is not linear. The needles and tattoos, while it is/can be a form of self harm, it can actually make people feel better temporarily. It releases endorphins and natural opiods. ♡

I lost my innocent fiance Oliver Tetlow RIP here in UK in a huge Shooting in 2016. Y'all can look it up if you want as I don't mind. My coping mechanism was Jesus Christ and still is. I completely understand that we all have different coping mechanism. But she was beautiful post and after she had a few surgeries. I pray she doesn't end up destroying her face and end up looking cat like if that makes sense. I miss my deceased fiance till this day but honestly only Jesus Christ can heal our trauma. God bless her in Jesus name and may He lead her to receive healing through Him & His Son and The Holy Spirit.
